Section 83.005 - Conservation Agreements for Protection of Species(a) Any conservation agreement between a political subdivision of the state and the United States Department of the Interior must be developed in consultation with the Parks and Wildlife Department.(b) In this section, "conservation agreement" includes an agreement between the state or a political subdivision of the state and the United States Department of the Interior under the federal act that does not relate to a federal permit as defined by Section 83.011.Tex.
