Section 12.119 - Violation of Commission Rule on Possession of License; Penalty(a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a rule adopted by the commission relating to possessing a license or stamp otherwise required by this code for hunting wildlife resources or for catching aquatic life.(b) An offense under this section is a Class C Parks and Wildlife misdemeanor.Tex.
