Section 1603.2314 - Identification of and Work Performed By Student(a) Each licensed school shall maintain in a conspicuous place a list of the names and identifying pictures of the students who are enrolled in the school's courses.(b) A school may not receive compensation for work done by a student unless the student has completed 10 percent of the required number of hours for a license under Subchapter E-1.(c) If a school violates this section, the license of the school may be revoked or suspended.Tex.
