Section 1603.2304 - Change of School Ownership or Location(a) If a licensed school changes ownership:(1) the outgoing owner shall notify the department of the change not later than the 10th day before the date the change takes effect; and(2) the new owner shall obtain a license under this subchapter in accordance with commission rule.(b) A school may not change the location of the school unless the school obtains approval from the department before the change by showing that the proposed location meets the requirements of this chapter and commission rules.Tex.
