Tex. Occ. Code § 1103.101

Section 1103.101 - Executive Director

(a) The administrator of the Texas Real Estate Commission shall serve as executive director .

(b) The board may delegate to the executive director the responsibility for administering this chapter and Chapter 1104, including the approval of consent orders and agreements.
