Section 1101.615 - Notice to Consumers and Service Recipients(a) The commission by rule shall prescribe a notice regarding the availability of payment from the trust account for aggrieved persons and establish methods by which each license and certificate holder shall provide the notice to consumers and service recipients.(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1158 , Sec. 92, eff.
