Section 901.403 - Application for and Renewal of License(a) The board shall specify:(1) the form of the application for a license;(2) the term of a license; and(3) the requirements for renewal of a license.(b) The board by rule may adopt a system under which licenses expire on various dates during the year. For the year in which the license expiration date is changed, the board shall prorate license fees on a monthly basis so that each license holder pays only that portion of the license fee that is allocable to the number of months during which the license is valid.
