Section 603.251 - License Required(a) A person may not engage or offer to engage in perfusion for compensation unless the person holds an appropriate license issued under this chapter.(b) A person may not, unless the person holds an appropriate license issued under this chapter: (1) use the title or represent or imply that the person has the title "licensed perfusionist" or "provisional licensed perfusionist" or use the letters "LP" or "PLP"; or(2) use a facsimile of those titles to represent or imply that the person is a licensed perfusionist or provisionally licensed perfusionist.
