Section 565.058 - Subpoena Authority(a) The board or an officer of the board may:(1) issue subpoenas ad testificandum or subpoenas duces tecum to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of items, including books, records, or documents;(2) administer oaths; and(3) take testimony concerning matters in the board's or officer's jurisdiction.(b) A person designated in the subpoena may serve the subpoena.
