Section 507.203 - Information About Complaint Actions(a) The executive council shall maintain a system to promptly and efficiently act on complaints filed with the executive council. The executive council shall maintain information about parties to the complaint, the subject matter of the complaint, a summary of the results of the review or investigation of the complaint, and its disposition.(b) The executive council shall make information available describing its procedures for complaint investigation and resolution.(c) The executive council shall periodically notify the parties to a complaint of the status of the complaint until final disposition of the complaint.Added by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 768,Sec. 1.001, eff. 9/1/2019.
