Section 506.251 - License Required(a) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not engage in the practice of applied behavior analysis unless the person holds a license under this chapter.(b) A person may not use the title "licensed behavior analyst" or "licensed assistant behavior analyst," as appropriate, unless the person is licensed under this chapter.(c) Except as provided by Subchapter B, a person may not use the title "behavior analyst" unless the person is licensed under this chapter.Tex.
