Section 505.305 - Recognition of Specialty; Issuance of Order(a) The executive council shall recognize a social worker as qualified for the practice of a specialty area of social work if the social worker satisfies the recognition requirements established by the executive council and the executive council determines that the person is worthy of the public trust in performing services within the scope of the specialty area.(b) The executive council shall issue an order of recognition of specialty to a social worker who is recognized as qualified for the practice of a specialty area of social work.
