Section 501.603 - Disclosure of Personal Information(a) In reporting information to the Coordinated Licensure Information System under Article IX of the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact, the executive council may disclose personally identifiable information about a person who holds a license under this chapter, including the person's social security number.(b) The Coordinated Licensure Information System may not share personally identifiable information with a state that is not a party to the compact unless the state agrees to not disclose that information to any other person.Added by Acts 2019, Texas Acts of the 86th Leg.- Regular Session, ch. 768,Sec. 2.028, eff. 9/1/2019.
