Section 453.355 - Reissuance of License; Issuance of License After Denial(a) On application by the person, the board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked.(b) An application to reinstate a revoked license: (1) may not be made before the 180th day after the date the revocation order became final; and(2) must be made in the manner and form the board requires.(c) On application by the person, the board may issue a license to a person whose license application has been denied.
