Section 453.207 - Reexamination(a) An applicant who fails to pass an examination under Section 453.205 may retake the examination under the policies of the national testing entity.(b) Before retaking an examination, the applicant must:(1) submit to the board a reexamination application prescribed by the board; and(2) pay a nonrefundable application fee prescribed by the executive council.Amended by Acts 2017, Texas Acts of the 85th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 535,Sec. 2.15, eff. 9/1/2017.
