Section 453.059 - Meetings(a) A special meeting of the board:(1) may be called jointly by the presiding officer and secretary; or(2) shall be called on the written request of any two members.(b) The secretary shall keep a record of each meeting of the board. The record shall be open to public inspection at all times.
