Section 452.151 - General Powers and Duties(a) Except as otherwise provided by this chapter, the executive council shall administer and enforce Chapters 453 and 454.(b) The executive council shall:(1) develop and prepare a budget for the executive council, the occupational therapy board, and the physical therapy board; and(2) manage all physical property used by the executive council, the occupational therapy board, or the physical therapy board.
