Section 351.306 - Renewal of Expired License By Out-Of-State Practitioner(a) The board may renew without examination the expired license of a person who was licensed in this state, moved to another state, and is currently licensed and has been in practice in the other state for the two years preceding application.(b) The person must pay to the board a fee that is equal to the amount of the renewal fee set by the board under Section 351.152.Amended by Acts 2015, Texas Acts of the 84th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 448,Sec. 31, eff. 9/1/2015.Amended By Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 101, Sec. 1.017, eff. 9/1/2005.
