Section 351.260 - Limited License for Clinical Faculty(a) The board by rule may issue a limited license to a full-time clinical faculty member of an institution of higher education of this state who provides instruction in optometry or therapeutic optometry.(b) A license issued under this section may authorize the faculty member to practice optometry or therapeutic optometry only on the premises of the institution of higher education and its affiliated teaching clinics and only as part of the institution's teaching program.(c) The board by rule may adopt criteria and fees for issuance and renewal of a license under this section.
