Section 351.157 - Enforcement(a) The board, a committee of the board, or a member of the board or a committee may: (1) issue a subpoena or subpoena duces tecum to compel the attendance of a witness or the production of books, records, or documents;(2) administer an oath; or(3) take testimony on all matters in the jurisdiction of the board, committee, or member.(b) The board is not bound by strict rules of procedure or by the laws of evidence in conducting board proceedings but shall base a determination on sufficient legal evidence to sustain the determination.
