Section 301.417 - Confidentiality Requirements; Disclosure of Information(a) A report required or authorized under this subchapter and the identity of the person making the report are confidential and may not be disclosed except as provided by this section and Section 301.414.(b) The board may disclose the information to the same extent that the board may disclose information relating to a complaint under Section 301.466.(c) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 113, Sec. 18, eff.
