Section 256.056 - Examination Results(a) The board shall notify each examinee of the results of the examination within a reasonable time after the date of the examination.(b) If the board contracts with an independent or regional testing service, the contract with the service must provide for the notification of results.Amended by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1420, Sec. 14.081(c), eff. 9/1/2001.
