Section 204.317 - Modification of Findings or Rulings By Administrative Law Judge

The physician assistant board may change a finding of fact or conclusion of law or vacate or modify an order of an administrative law judge only if the physician assistant board makes a determination required by Section 2001.058(e), Government Code.
