Section 203.255 - Examination(a) The department shall:(1) adopt a comprehensive midwifery examination for persons regulated under this chapter that must be passed before the initial license may be issued; and(2) establish eligibility requirements for persons taking a comprehensive midwifery examination.(b) Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 838 , Sec. 1.222(19), eff.
