Section 202.605 - General Criminal Penalty: Practicing Without License(a) A person commits an offense if the person professes to be a podiatrist or practices or assumes the duties incident to the practice of podiatry without holding a license to practice podiatry.(b) An offense under this section is punishable by: (1) a fine of not less than $50 or more than $500;(2) confinement in the county jail for not less than 30 days or more than six months; or(3) both the fine and confinement.
