Section 202.403 - Claim of Privilege(a) The privilege of confidentiality under this subchapter may be claimed by the patient or by a podiatrist acting on the patient's behalf.(b) A podiatrist may claim the privilege of confidentiality only on behalf of the podiatrist's patient.
