Section 201.506 - Enforcement Committee(a) The board shall appoint an enforcement committee to:(1) oversee and conduct the investigation of complaints filed with the board under this chapter; and(2) perform other enforcement duties as directed by the board.(b) The enforcement committee consists of three board members. Two members must be chiropractors, and one member must be a representative of the public.(c) The attorney general shall provide legal counsel to the enforcement committee concerning enforcement matters, including the investigation and disposition of complaints.
