Section 201.158 - Board Committees(a) The board may appoint committees from its own members.(b) A committee appointed from the members of the board shall:(1) consider matters referred to the committee relating to the enforcement of this chapter and the rules adopted by the board; and(2) make recommendations to the board.(c) The board may delegate to a committee of the board an authority granted to the board under Section 201.505(c).
