Section 171.006 - Fees for Expedited Licensure(a) A member state issuing an expedited license authorizing the practice of medicine in that state may impose a fee for a license issued or renewed through the compact.(b) The interstate commission is authorized to develop rules regarding fees for expedited licenses.Added by Acts 2021, Texas Acts of the 87th Leg. - Regular Session, ch. 322,Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/2021.
