Section 110.001 - Definitions In this chapter:

April 2, 2015.(2) "Council" means the Council on Sex Offender Treatment.(3) "Department" means the Department of State Health Services.(3-a) "Executive director" means the executive director of the council.(4) Repealed by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 1089, Sec. 31(1), eff.
