Section 51.353 - License Denial; Administrative Sanctions(a) The commission may deny, revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license or may reprimand a license holder for a violation of this chapter, a law establishing a regulatory program administered by the department, or a rule or order of the commission or the executive director.(b) The commission may place on probation a person whose license is suspended.
