Section 51.058 - Compensation; Reimbursement(a) A commission member may not receive compensation for service on the commission.(b) A commission member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred in performing functions as a commission member, subject to any applicable limitation on reimbursement provided by the General Appropriations Act.
