Section 2309.106 - Periodic Inspections(a) Repealed by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560), Sec. 1.25(30), eff. September 1, 2021.(b) The department may enter and inspect at any time during business hours: (1) the place of business of any person regulated under this chapter; or(2) any place in which the department has reasonable cause to believe that a license holder is in violation of this chapter or in violation of a rule or order of the commission or executive director.(c) Repealed by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 1144 (H.B. 2847), Sec. 15.004(1), eff.
