Section 2309.004 - Applicability of Chapter to Salvage Vehicle Dealers(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), this chapter does not apply to a transaction in which a salvage vehicle dealer is a party.(b) This chapter applies to a salvage vehicle dealer who deals in used automotive parts as more than an incidental part of the salvage vehicle dealer's primary business.Tex.
