Section 2051.107 - Registration Duration; Expiration(a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), a certificate of registration issued under this chapter is valid for a period of not more than one year from the date of issuance.(b) The secretary of state, by rule, may adopt a system under which certificates of registration expire on various dates during the year.Tex.
