Section 2001.437 - Unit Manager(a) If the unit accounting agreement of a unit states that a unit manager is responsible for compliance with commission rules and this chapter, the unit manager is responsible for:(1) the filing of one quarterly report for the unit on a form prescribed by the commission; and(2) the payment of fees and the maintenance of the bingo inventory and financial records of the unit.(b) A unit with a unit manager shall notify the commission of the name of the unit manager and immediately notify the commission of any change of unit manager.(c) A person designated as an agent under Section 2001.438(b) is not a unit manager on account of that designation for purposes of this section.(d) Repealed by Acts 2017, 85th Leg., R.S., Ch. 967 (S.B. 2065), Sec. 12.004, eff.
