Section 2026.013 - Employee Compliance(a) A racetrack is responsible for ensuring that the racetrack's employees comply with this subtitle and commission rules.(b) The commission may impose disciplinary action against a racetrack for violations of this subtitle and commission rules by the racetrack's employees as provided by Section 2025.202.Tex.
