Section 2022.012 - Legal Representation
The attorney general shall:
(1) designate at least one member of the attorney general's staff to counsel and advise the commission and to represent the commission in legal proceedings; and(2) make available to the appropriate prosecuting attorneys any information obtained regarding violations of this subtitle.
