Tex. Loc. Gov't Code § 601.037

Section 601.037 - Money

Money of an authority shall be paid to the treasurer of the authority who shall deposit it in a separate account in a bank or trust company. The money may be paid out on the warrant or other order of the chairman of the authority or of another person designated by the authority.
