Section 379A.004 - Application of Non-Profit Corporation Act

A corporation created under this chapter is governed by the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (Article 1396-1.01 et seq., Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes), except to the extent inconsistent with this chapter.
