Section 326.064 - Rules(a) The board may adopt reasonable rules to accomplish the purposes of the district.(b) The board may set monetary charges in reasonable amounts for the violation of a district rule.(c) The board may exclude from the use of the library a person who wilfully violates a rule adopted by the board under this section.
