Section 355.004 - Location of Vending Facilities(a) With the concurrence of the agency in charge of state property, the commission shall designate the location of vending facilities that have been requested by the agency.(b) The agency responsible for state property shall alter the property to make it suitable for the proper operation of the vending facilities.
