Section 1601.307 - Duties of Committee(a) The advisory committee of a system shall cooperate and work with the governing board of the system in coordinating and correlating the administration of the uniform program among the various components, units, and agencies of the system.(b) Members of the advisory committee shall cooperate and work with the governing board of the system as advisors in the development, implementation, coordination, and administration of the uniform program among the various components, units, and agencies of the system.(c) The advisory committee shall provide a channel for open communication of ideas and suggestions regarding coverages, eligibility, claims, procedures, bidding, administration, and any other aspect of employee plan benefits.Tex.
