Tex. Ins. Code § 1575.302

Section 1575.302 - Payments Into Fund

The following shall be paid into the fund:

(1) contributions from active employees and the state;

(2) investment income;

(3) appropriations for implementation of the group program; and

(4) other money required or authorized to be paid into the fund.
