Section 1575.202 - State Contribution Based on Active Employee Compensation

(a) Each state fiscal year, the state shall contribute to the fund an amount equal to 1.25 percent of the salary of each active employee.

(b) The state may contribute to the fund an amount in addition to the contribution required by Subsection (a).
