Section 1451.051 - Applicability of Subchapter

(a) This subchapter applies to an accident and health insurance policy, including an individual, blanket, or group policy.

(b) This subchapter applies to an accident and health insurance policy issued by a stipulated premium company subject to Chapter 884.
