Section 1153.702 - Penalty
(a) An individual, firm, or corporation who violates a final order issued under this chapter is liable to the state in a civil action for a penalty of not more than:
(1) $250; or
(2) $1,000, if the court finds the violation to be wilful.
(b) The penalty provided by this section is in addition to any other penalty provided by law.
