Section 562.252 - Effect of Assurance(a) An assurance of voluntary compliance is not an admission of a prior violation of this chapter or Section 17.46, Business & Commerce Code.(b) Unless an assurance of voluntary compliance is rescinded by agreement, a subsequent failure to comply with the assurance is prima facie evidence of a violation of this chapter or Section 17.46, Business & Commerce Code.Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1331, Sec. 1, eff. 9/1/2009.
