Section 425.219 - Authorized Investments for Policy Reserves and Surplus: Bonds of Certain Water Control and Improvement Districts

An insurer may invest the insurer's policy reserves and surplus over and above the insurer's capital in municipal bonds issued under Section 51.039, Water Code.
