Section 4151.309 - Criminal Penalty(a) An administrator commits an offense if the administrator knowingly violates this chapter or a rule of the commissioner adopted under this chapter.(b) An offense under this section is a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than $500 or more than $5,000.Tex.
